We now carry Christie Repasy canvas prints!
I am excited to announce Shabby Rose Boutique is now an online retailer for Christie Repasy's artwork!
Famous for her distinct and beautiful floral paintings, Christie's art has graced the pages in homes featured in magazines such as Romantic Homes & Romantic Country.
Christie was painting furniture for friends and neighbors fourteen years ago, when with her enthusiasm for capturing the beauty of roses, and the inspiration of her Grandmother, her talent took a romantic twist. She began painting oil portraits of roses and her talent and passion have been blossoming ever since. Christie loves painting roses because of the way they make her feel and says, "Capturing their delicateness on canvas is the essence of what I do and why I do it". Christie gathers her ideas by trusting her personal instincts, then paints what she feels at the time. She has also been interviewed by Rachel Ashwell on her TV show.
Here are some examples of Christie's romantic masterpieces which can be found in our store!

Winter Wonderland!
While everyone else is posting beautiful photos of their roses and gardens, I am still waiting for the snow to melt...
I thought I'd post this photo I took this morning when I woke up.
It's actually very pretty to see all the snow draped on the trees, but I am starting to wonder if spring is ever going to come to Montana!

My New Website
Hello Treasured Friends,
It has been awhile since my last post, and I want to apologize for putting my blog posts on the back burner for so long.
I want to thank all the new friends I've made recently for following my blog, and for all the encouragement. You are the greatest!
As some of you may have heard, I have been very busy lately...
After chatting with the lovely ladies of Shabby Lane Shops, and listening to their wonderful advice and comments, I made the decision that it was time for me to branch out from my little eBay store with a new website!
So now, I am excited to announce the opening of ShabbyRoseBoutique.com
The product line for the new store will be, the always and forever beautiful, Shabby Chic and Cottage Style Décor. I am also excited about adding a new line of romantic Wedding Theme Collections.
I don't have many items in the store yet, as I am still waiting for the new things to arrive, but you are welcome to stop in and I would love to hear your comments or suggestions.
Also, I will be adding all the banners I have exchanged with everyone onto my new website, so if there is anyone else interested in exchanging banners with me please let me know.
Just one last thing, I want to say a special thanks to Jill Serrao for the beautiful website design and for all the hard work she put into getting it perfect for me!
Happy Spring!

Welcome to my new blog...
First thing, I would like to wish everyone out there a Happy New Year!
My inspirations for the new year and this blog will hopefully be to meet new friends to share ideas and thoughts with. I decided it was a perfect time to start a new blog with the opening of my new store...Shabby Rose Boutique.
My grandmother taught me to sew when I was young, which has always been one of my favorite hobbies. She was also the one who inspired me to love and cherish the pretty things in life. She is an amazing artist, and would spend hours sketching portraits of me and floral bouquets. She was also the inspiration for my love of arts and crafts. She will always hold a very special place in my heart.
I hope you enjoy browsing through some of the beautiful items I have to offer. I would love to hear your comments or thoughts...
I think this charming little rosebud ball with the teardrop crystal would look so pretty hanging in a window or from a chandelier...
